Jag och min lillasyster Kajsa är nyligen hemkomna från tre dagars vandringsglädje på Bjärehalvön i Skåne. Vi delar intresset för att vandra och gillar också planeringen inför själva vandringen &#; det är en del av helhetsupplevelsen. Kartor ska studeras, ryggsäcken packas på smidigast sätt, matinköp gås igenom i detalj och stormkök testas inför avfärd.
Men ibland är det väldigt skönt att få allt serverat, och låta andra ta hand om både planering och paketering. Den här gången låter vi Båstad Hiking Festival stå för den delen, medan vi njuter av godbitarna.

Båstad Hiking Festival a Hikers Paradise in Sweden
Båstad, located at Bjäre Peninsula, in northwestern Scania is a city not only known as a professional tennis mecca but also an excellent starting point for hiking in the region. That is why in autumn the first ever Båstad Hiking Festival takes places.
In Sweden hiking has become very popular these last years. In Sweden and specially in Scania hiking is accessible to everyone with some routes prepared for people with reduced mobility. Closeness to nature and theme-based hiking routes with gastronomy and birdwatching in mind among others have contributed to broaden the offer.

These are the natural ingredients which will be served during Båstad Hiking Festival which is scheduled from Oct. , . Båstad Hiking Festival
Pershögsvandringen - A little town, a little forest, a lot of views & a waterfall! (# 1)
This 10 km round trip takes you through everything you could want a hike to include in miniature format. You get the old Båstad and the exciting stories and the beautiful houses at Malen. Before you know it, you are up in Pershögsskogen, a natur reserve and old recreation area, almost in the middle of Båstad. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of Laholmsbukten and Hallandsåsen. The road home goes through a modern Båstad and a beautiful promenade.
